  1. Mash and mix well the boiled kathal, boiled potatoes and besan.
  2. Put the rest of the ingredients (except the oil) and mix well.
  3. Make small patties and shallow fry them in oil.
  4. Put the cutlets on absorbent paper.
  5. Serve hot.
