4 ladi pav , cut into thick slices
1 tbsp garlic (lehsun) paste
3 tbsp soft butter

  1. Combine the garlic paste and butter in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Apply the garlic-butter mixture on both sides of each slice.
  3. Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 10 minutes, or till they turn crisp.
  4. Serve immediately.
