Cooking Time: 0 mins Total Time: 20 mins     4Makes 4 open burgers Show me for open burgers Ingredients 2 burger buns butter for spreadingTo Be Mixed Together For The Parsley Cream Cheese2 tbsp finely chopped parsley1/2 cup mayonnaise3/4 cup grated fresh paneer2 tbsp finely chopped onions2 tbsp milk1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)1 tsp grated garlic (lehsun)1/2 tsp lemon juice salt to tasteTo Be Mixed Together For The Marinated Peppers1/4 cup sliced yellow capsicum1/4 cup sliced green capsicum1/4 cup sliced red capsicum1 1/2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)1 tsp dried mixed herbs salt to taste1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)1/2 tsp lemon juiceFor The Garnish4 parsley sprigs Method MethodDivide the parsley cream cheese mixture into 4 equal portions. Keep aside.Divide the marinated peppers mixture into 4 equal portions. Keep aside to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.Cut each burger horizontally into 2 equal halves.Apply a little butter on all the bun halves and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 8 to 10 minutes.Place the baked bun halves on a clean, dry surface with the buttered side facing up.Spread a portion of the prepared parsley cream cheese over each bun halve.Finally top with a portion of the prepared marinated pepper.Serve immediately garnished with a parsley sprig.
