Ingredients


1 cup rice (chawal)
2 to 3 tbsp fenugreek (methi) seeds
salt to taste

Method

  1. Soak rice and methi together in the night or soak for 5 to 6 hours.
  2. Drain out excess water.
  3. Grind it to dosa consistency by adding little water.
  4. Lastly add salt and mix well.
  5. Make dosas and serve hot with coconut chutney and ghee.
