Method- Place a dosa on a clean, dry surface and spread ¼th of the potato bhaji in a single row in the centre of the dosa and roll it up tightly. Cut the stuffed dosa diagonally into 2.
- Repeat step 1 to stuff 3 more dosas. Keep aside.
- Just before serving, pour ¼ cup of coconut sauce in a big baking flat dish , place the diagonally cut dosas on it and finally pour the remaining ¾ cup of sauce evenly over it and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºc (360ºf) for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
