Ingredients


4 cups raw rice (chawal)
3 cups urad dal (split black lentils)
1 ltr milk
sugar to taste
100 gms oil for deep frying with 100 gms ghee (optional)
a pinch of cardamom (elaichi) powder
salt to taste

Method

  1. Soak the rice & dal and make a thick paste like vada batter, along with salt.
  2. Take a teaspoon of the batter & deep fry them in medium flame until golden brown,
