Ingredients

1 cup cooked whole moong (whole green gram)
salt to taste
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 tsp oil
ghee for cooking

Method
    Method
  1. Combine the moong with chilli powder and coriander and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and keep aside.
  3. In another bowl combine the flour with 1 tsp oil and salt, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using enough water.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 4" diameter.
  5. Place a portion of the stuffing at the center and bring the sides together to seal.
  6. Roll out again into a circle of 6" diameter.
  7. Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  8. Serve hot.
