maida-1/2 cup
cornflour-1/4 cup
riceflour-1/4 cup
soyasauce-1/2 tsp
green chilly paste-1 tsp
smallonion paste-1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
salt to taste
oil to deep fry
colour powder-option
- Mix all the ingredients except mushroom and oil.
- Add water and do batter.
- Dip or marinate mushroom in batter and deep fry in oil.
