Mushrooms In Dill Sauce recipe - How to make Mushrooms In Dill Sauce

250 gms thinly sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
2 tsp chopped dill (shepu / suva bhaji)
200 ml fresh cream
200 ml milk
salt to taste
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)

Method

Combine the milk, fresh cream and flour in a bowl, whisk well and keep aside so that no lumps remain.
Heat the butter in a kadhai, add the garlic and saute for a few seconds.
Add the mushrooms and saute for 2 minutes.
Add the salt, pepper, oregano and dill and mix well.
Add the prepared mixture of cream and milk, mix well and cook just till it starts boiling.
Serve hot with toast.
