Noodle Toast recipe - How to make Noodle Toast

4 to 5 slices of bread
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup sliced onions
1 to 2 tbsp shredded cabbage
1/4 cup chopped baby corn
1 packet of maggi noodles (masala flavour)
2 to 3 fresh red chillies or green chillies, sliced
1 tsp oil
1/4 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste



  1. Boil water in a pan and add the noodles with all the vegetables.
  2. When almost cooked add the masala and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Take a slice of bread and a small amount of this noodle mixture on it.
  4. Then place a few chilli pieces on it.
  5. Top with a final layer of paneer.
  6. Bake in an oven till the paneer turns into golden brown.
  7. Serve hot and let your heart sink into a mouthwatering and filling paneer noodle snack.
