Method- Heat the butter in a deep pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add 3 cups of water and salt, mix well and cover and cook on a medium flame for 8 minutes.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely and blend in a mixer to a smooth mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a deep pan, add the white sauce and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
