Ingredients


For The Dough
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 cup plain flour (maida)
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil

For The Stuffing
1 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1 cup grated processed cheese
1 cup finely chopped spring onions
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
3 green chillies , finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
oil for cooking

Method
For the dough

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough using enough water and keep aside.

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and keep aside.

How to proceed

    How to proceed
  1. Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into small round chapatis of 4" diameter.
  2. Place the stuffing on the first roti and spread evenly.
  3. Cover with the other roti prepared and press the edges well.
  4. Again roll with light hands and roast on a hot tava using little oil till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot with butter.
