Ingredients


225 gms bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
2 onions
1 large potato
1 kg tomatoes
1 1/2 cups White Sauce
2 tsp levelled, cornflour
3 to 4 tsp sugar
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
fresh cream and grated cheese to serve

Method
    Method
  1. Cut the vegetables into big pieces, add 6 tecups of water and cook.
  2. When cooked, pass through a sieve or rub through a strainer.
  3. Mix the cornflour in a little water and add. Boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the white sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
  5. Serve hot topped with cream and cheese.

great way of consuming dudhi if you happen to hate it1 the cheese makes it so delicious! very nice recipe!
