Method

  1. In a kadai do tadka of mustard
  2. Urad dal red chillies then
  3. Fry garlic and onions after which
  4. Add the pudhina and corriander
  5. To it and fry till done
  6. Put this mixture in a mixie
  7. And grind to a coarse paste with salt and tamarind
  8. Your pudhina spread is ready
  9. Take a cracker spread the chutney on top
  10. And serve
  11. Enjoy tea time with tangy pudhina crackers!!
