Ragi Dosa recipe - How to make Ragi Dosa
Method- Soak urad dal & methi seeds for about 6 hours & grind together.
- Mix ragi flour & salt & all to ferment overnight (same as dosa batter consistency).
- Next day morning, heat the tawa and pour a ladle full of the batter and make like dosas.
- This dish can be eaten with any chutney or sambar.
