Ingredients


1/2 cup green tomatoes , chopped into small pieces
2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
a pinch asafoetida (hing)
2 tbsp oil

Method

  1. Put oil in kadahi
  2. Add mustured ,let it split
  3. Add hing
  4. Add tomato
  5. When turns colour and become soft ,remove from fire
  6. Cool ,keep in fridge ,it will last for 1 week
