- Break the coconuts and reserve water.scoop out the pulp from both coconuts and keep aside.
- Boil the milk and cool thoroughly.
- Blend together the coconut water, condensed milk, milk and sugar and chill.
- At servinng time, chop the pulp and put it in the kheer.
- Serve chilled.
