  1. Beat the egg briskly.
  2. Peel the carrot and potato.
  3. Grate them finely.
  4. Heat the nonstick pan.
  5. Mix beaten egg and grated veg
  6. And finely chopped spinach.
  7. Add salt&pepper.
  8. Spread immedietly on the pan after greasing with butter,cook it on a low flame.
  9. Remove and serve after done.
