Method

  1. Boil vermicelli and potatoes separately, strain and keep aside.
  2. Chop green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, curry leaves and mix well with mashed potatoes.
  3. Add turmeric powders, coconut powder, groundnut powder and salt.
  4. Finally add vermicelli and mix well.
  5. Shape them into round vadas and deep fry them till golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
