Ingredients

25 to 30 green grapes , halved
1/4 cup walnuts (akhrot) , chopped
2 cups curds (dahi) , whisked
salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
a pinch of red chilli powder

For Garnishing
few chopped walnuts (akhrot)

    Method
  1. Whisk the curds in a large bowl with salt, sugar and cumin powder.
  2. Add the grapes, walnuts and mint and mix gently.
  3. Place in refrigerator to chill.
  4. Sprinkle red chilli powder.
  5. Serve chilled garnished with chopped walnuts.
