Dill Cottage Cheese

A simple preparation of fresh cottage cheese dotted with finely chopped dill, the Dill Cottage Cheese can be used instead of paneer in any salad, snack, rice or other recipe. That said, it tastes yummy all by itself, and can be sliced appealingly and served as a finger food with a tangy dip.

What an innovative way to flavor paneer, also the recipe is so perfect that the paneer turned out to be so soft and still held its shape so well... I initially thought of serving it with a dip but on tasting it... I didn't feel any need to serve it with any accompaniment. Great recipe...!
