Ingredients


1 packet of Top-Ramen or Nissin noodles
2 cups water for boiling noodles
1/4 onion
1/2 tomato
1/4 carrot
1/4 capsicum
1 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
4 tbsp chopped cabbage
basil leaves (optional)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method

  1. Boil noodles in 2 cups of water.
  2. Using a colander drain excess water from boiled noodles.
  3. Chop all the above mentioned vegetables.
  4. Heat 1 table spoon oil in a pan.
  5. Add all above vegetables in hot oil except basil leaves.
  6. Fry vegetables till bell peppers are half-cooked.
  7. Add noodles in fried vegetables.
  8. Add salt, basil leaves & soy sauce.
  9. Mix well and heat for 2 mins.
  10. Serve hot with tomato sauce or any hot sauce.
