Ingredients


Potato Peeled - 4 Large
Tomato medium size - 3 - (Cut from middle and then cut into thin slices)
Dry Kasturi Methi -Handful
Garlic - 6 cloves
Hing - A pinch
Dhania Powder - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon heapfull
Ghee\Oil - 2 tablespoon
Ginger Grated - 1/4 teas spoon

Method

  1. Wash the potatoes. pressure cook the potatoes with salt until soft (don't throw the water and let the potatoes be in the cooker). heat the karahi and add hing and garlic. saute and add tomatoes. add turmeric. fry tomatoes just till oil starts seperating. add ginger and dhania powder. fry for few more minutes - till the msala is completely done. add
