I fast regularly.... On every Thursday, Sankashti chaturthi, Ekadashi. People eat sabudana, chips or cooked fast food. But I prefer to have only fruits. I tried Black Jamun Apple Drink, Strawberry Yoghurt, Grapefruit and Green Apple Salad, Sweet Lime and Kiwi Juice over last month on my fasting days.
