Method- Heat the oil in a deep pan, add the celery, carrots, onion and cabbage, mix well and cover and cook on a slow flame for 3-4 minutes, while stirring frequently.
- Add the stock, salt and pepper, mix well and bring to the boil
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or till the vegetables are cooked and soft.
- Serve hot.
