Method

  1. Take the besan in a bowl,add all the ingridients and try to make it semi liquid paste by using 3-4 tblsp of water if needed.
  2. Add the egg ind beat the whole paste untill mix well.
  3. Heat the frying pan on medium heat with a drop of olive oil and pour half paste in the pan.
  4. Allow it to cook on each side until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot.
