Ingredients


1 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup icing sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup blue berries
few almonds (badam) for decoration

Method

  1. Preheat oven at 180 only lower grill should be onn
  2. Sieve plain floor with baking soda for 3 times
  3. Take a big bowl put oil
  4. Put icing sugar, mix with cake beater,
  5. Slowly add floor & water in oil & sugar mix well until
  6. Floor & water are mixed, then add blue berries mix with beater
  7. Pour the batter in cake papers & sprinkle almonds & remaining blue berries.
  8. Bake it on lower grill onn keep the cake tray on top
