Cabbage Cutlets recipe - How to make Cabbage Cutlets
Method- Heat some ghee in a pan and add the onions, cabbage, green chillies, potatoes and saute till golden brown.
- Add the cashewnuts, coriander, turmeric powder, and salt and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal sized round flat cutlets.
- Heat the ghee in a kadhai and dip each cutlet in the egg and deep fry till golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
- Serve immediately.
