To make eggless oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, combine the butter and brown sugar in a deep bowl and mix well using a whisk till light and fluffy. Add the whole wheat flour, oats, dark chocolate, mixed nuts, orange juice and vanilla essence. And mix well using a spatula. Divide the mixture into 9 equal portions and roll each portions.
