To make rice porridge, heat the ghee in a pressure cooker and add the cumin seeds. When the seeds crackle, add the rice, salt and 3 cups of water, mix well and pressure cook for 5 whistles. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid. Whisk the mixture well and cook on a slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes or till a thick consistency is obtained.
