what is cheese vegetable slider made of?-
cheese vegetable slider recipe | pizza slider | vegetable pav slider | is made using easily available ingredients in India: 3 ladi pav sets (6 pieces each), ¾ cup cheese spread, 3 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens and ¼ cup melted butter for brushing. For stuffing: 1 cup boiled and coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels, ¾ cup finely chopped coloured capsicum, ¼ cup finely chopped onions, ¼ cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes, ¾ cup grated processed cheese, 2 tsp dry red chilli flakes, 1 tsp dry mixed herbs, 2 tbsp Schezuan sauce and salt to taste. how to make stuffing-
In a deep bowl add 1 cup boiled and coarsely crushed sweet corn.

Add ¾ cup finely chopped coloured capsicum.

Add ¼ cup finely chopped onions.

Add ¼ cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes.

Add ¾ cup grated processed cheese.

Add 2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika).

Add 1 tsp dried mixed herbs.

Add 2 tbsp schezwan sauce.

Add salt to taste.

Mix well.
how to make cheese vegetable slider-
Take a ladi pav (6 pieces) joint together.

Cut it horizontally into 2 parts. Place both the halves in a clean, dry surface.

Apply ¼ cup cheese spread evenly over it.

On the lower halve put a portion of the stuffing and spread it evenly.

Finally sprinkle 1 tbsp of finely chopped spring onion greensevenly over it.

Close with the upper halve of the bread with the cheese spread side facing downwards.

Brush melted butter evenly over each side.

Bake in a pre-heated oven 180° C (360 F) for 6 to 8 minutes.

Serve immediately.
tips to make cheese vegetable slider -
You can also use mozzarella cheese.
