4 brown bread slices
butter for brushing

To Be Mixed Into A Topping
1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
2 tbsp curds (dahi)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
salt to taste

For The Garnish
sprigs of parsley

    Method
  1. Divide the topping into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
  2. Cut out and discard the sides of the bread slices. Lightly butter them on one side.
  3. Put 1 portion of a topping on each buttered bread slice and spread it evenly.
  4. Serve immediately garnished with a sprig of parsley.
