Cucumber Kottu recipe - How to make Cucumber Kottu
Method- Peel the cucumber and cut into small pieces and cook with the moong dal till the dal turns soft.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the remaining ingredients, except coconut, and saute for 2 minutes.
- Blend in a mixer into a thick paste.
- Add the grinded masala to the cucumber and cook for 5 minutes.
- Temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida and mix well.
- Serve hot with chapathi or rice.
