  1. Grind or chop the hard boil eggs finely
  2. Chop the onion finely
  3. Mix pepper, chopped onion n chopped egg properly
  4. Spread it on the bread
  5. Place the cheese sclice over it and place it in the sandwich toster till the bread is golden
