Ingredients


For Vanilla Cream
1 tbsp chopped agar-agar
1 cup low-fat milk(99.7% fat-free)
3/4 tsp sugar substitute
1/8 tsp vanilla essence

For The Hawaiian Fruit Bowl
1 cup mixed fruits scoops
1 cup muskmelon (kharbooja) scoops
1 cup chopped bananas
1 cup chopped apples

Method
For the vanilla cream

    For the vanilla cream
  1. Combine the agar-agar and 1½ tbsp of water in a small bowl. Place it on a double boiler and simmer till it dissolves completely.
  2. Meanwhile put milk to boil.
  3. Remove from the flame, add the agar-agar and sugar substitute and mix well.
  4. Strain the mixture and keep aside for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add the vanilla essence, mix well and pour the mixture into a bowl and put to set in the refrigerator.

How to proceed

    How to proceed
  1. Combine all the fruits in a bowl and refrigerate to chill.
  2. Just before serving, place equal quantities of fruits in 4 individual bowls and top each bowl with topped with equal quantities of vanilla cream. Serve immediately.
