2 cups black grapes
1 cup chilled low-fat milk
1 cup chilled low-fat curds (dahi)
4 tsp sugar

  1. Combine the black grapes, milk, curds and sugar in a blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the lassi into 4 individual glasses.
  3. Serve chilled.
