3/4 cup papaya cubes (deseeded)
1/4 cup coconut meat (nariyal ki malai)
3/4 cup chilled coconut water (nariyal ka pani)
crushed ice for serving

  1. Combine the papaya cubes, coconut meat and coconut water and blend in a juicer till smooth.
  2. Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.
  3. Serve immediately.

Flavours of both papaya and coconut are truly experienced in this drink. Use ripe papaya for best results. Its a thick drink so quite filling.... you can rely on this drink on days when you have no time for breakfast.
