Groundnut Billets recipe - How to make Groundnut Billets
Method- Wash and soak groundnuts and chana dal in hot water for 4 hours.
- Drain and grind the chana dal and groundnuts to a coarse paste along with the green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, turmeric and salt.
- Take a small quantity and flatten on the palm and deep fry till it turns golden brown in colour. Drain and serve hot with coconut chutney.
