Ingredients


1 potato
milk powder little more than smashed potato
500 gms sugar for syrup
little saffron (kesar) strands
1/2 tsp baking soda

Method

  1. Boil the potato and smash it.add milk powder to it.milk power should be little more than smashed potato.add baking soda and mix these ing.
  2. Make small balls and deep fry.
  3. Make sugar syrup and keep it aside ,put fry balls into sugar syrup which has kesar in it too..cool and serve.
  4. Different about this receipe from normal gulab jamboon is it is made with potato and milk powder.
