    Method
  1. Soak all the dals and beaten rice together in enough water for at least 5 hours.
  2. Drain and blend in a mixer along with ginger- garlic paste and green chillies till smooth.
  3. Add the salt and mix well.
  4. Heat a tava and spread a spoon full of batter on it and cook using a little oil till the dosa turns crisp and golden brown in colour.
  5. Repeat the same to prepare more dosas.
  6. Serve immediately.
