Healthy Mushroom Matar recipe - How to make Healthy Mushroom Matar
Method- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan and add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the ginger, garlic, green chilli paste and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the onions and green peas, mix well and saute till they become tender.
- Add the mushrooms, mix well and cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the salt, pepper and lemon juice, mix it well and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with boiled rice or parantha achar.
