Ingredients

5 cups milk
6 cups grated mawa (khoya)
1 cup condensed milk
4 alphonso mangoes cut into halves
2 cups mango puree
1/2 cup of sugar

Method
    Method
  1. Scoop the flesh out of the mangoes. Keep the mango shells aside and use them to set the kulfi.
  2. Blend the scooped mango in a mixer to a smooth puree.
  3. Boil the milk on a medium flame till it reduces and thickens.
  4. Add khoya, condensed milk, sugar and mix it well.Simmer the mixture for a minute or till it thickens. Keep aside to cool
  5. Once cool, add the mango puree and mix it well.
  6. Pour the mixture into mango shells and freeze till set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
