Mushrooms baked with herbs is made of 1 1/2 cups mushrooms (khumbh), 1/4 cup finely chopped onions, 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp dried oregano, 2 tsp lemon juice, salt and black pepper to taste.
