Is citric acid healthy as it is mostly used as a preservative? Can we avoid using citric acid as i want to prepare this jam for my toddler? Pls advise

Citric acid may lead to stomach upset in kids, so best avoided. You too can avoid it in this recipe of marmalade. Since it is used as a preservative, you need to use the marmalade within a week and remember to use within a week.

Making marmalade has never been so easy. It was so quick to make in the microwave. Loved eating it fresh with my hot toast and butter.
