Paneer Maharani recipe - How to make Paneer Maharani
Method- Heat the oil in a pan, add the butter.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
- Add the cashew and melon seeds paste and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the tomato and saute for one minute.
- Add the whisked curds, mix well and add the salt, sugar and chilli powder and 1/2 cup of water.
- Cook for 2 minutes and add the paneer and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
