Method

  1. Bake potatoes in microwvave for 3 min
  2. Scoope it out from the middle
  3. Sprinkle chat masala on it
  4. Mix bundi, remains of potato after scooped, onion,green chutnet, red chutneyand chat masala
  5. Fill bundi mixture into the scooped potatoes
  6. Sprinkle bhel sev,coriander
  7. Serve in a dish
