Method- Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions, green chillies, tomatoes, coconut pieces, garlic cloves and pudina leaves and saute for 5-10 mins or till they change into pink colour.
- Keep aside to cool.
- Blend in a mixer along with tamarind paste, salt and sugar till smooth.
- Serve with accompaniments of your choice.
