6 glasses water
1 lemon , cut in thin slices
1 cucumber , cut in thin slices
a few mint leaves (phudina) , chopped
crushed ice

  1. Pour the water in a glass jug.
  2. Add lemon, cucumber,mint and crushed ice.
  3. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Drink this refreshing water instead of plain water.
