Ingredients

2 cups curds (dahi)
1 tbsp chopped basil
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp roasted chopped cashewnuts (kaju)
1/4 cup chopped boiled sweet potatoes
2 tbsp finely chopped cucumber
salt and sugar to taste
milk as required

For The Garnish
2 tbsp pomegranate (anar) seeds
1 tbsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder

    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Serve chilled garnished with pomegranate seeds, cumin seeds and pepper powder.
