Method- Combine the milk and cornflour in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
- Combine the oil, onions, green chillies, garlic and ginger in a microwave-proof bowl, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomato purée, chilli powder, chole masala, cornflour-milk mixture, salt, spinach and corn, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
